New Resident Parking Permit Information

Welcome to Arnel Properties. Upon move-in, you are required to sign the Arnel Private Property Parking Rules Agreement and fill out and return the Parking Registration Form. Once these documents are received by the Arnel Property Management Office, you will be provided a one-time 30 day temporary parking permit. This permit is valid for 30 days and will not be extended under any circumstance. A permit is not required to park in the assigned space issued to the apartment listed on your lease.

If you own a second vehicle and your apartment has only one assigned parking space, a parking permit must be obtained from WCMS and be displayed on the vehicle at all times when parked in the unassigned parking areas.

In order to obtain a parking permit, the following information must be completed and submitted along with a one-time payment of $25.00 per vehicle to process the permit.
